QFN Limiters

Linwave is pleased to announce a new range of QFN limiters with optional integrated LNAs. The LW48-700 series are wideband two stage limiters packaged in leadless 5x5mm surface mount packages which operate between 20MHz and 20 GHz. The limiters provide flat leakage of <+18dBm, return loss of >15dB with typical insertion loss of 0.8dB The LW48-700 surface mount limiter input and output are internally matched to 50 Ohms and are internally DC blocked.

Limiters With Integrated LNAs

The LW48-700135 is a wideband two stage limiter and integrated LNA packaged in a leadless 5x5 mm surface mount package which operates between 2 and 18 GHz. The module provides typical gain of 16dBm and return loss of >10dB. The LW48-700135 limiter LNA input and output are internally matched to 50 Ohms and are internally DC blocked.
