Linwave design and manufacture custom RF and Microwave source Modules for a wide range of markets and product applications. Linwave have product designs covering 500MHz to 40GHz. The sources are designed for the specific application and these include fixed frequency, broadband frequency agile and modulated sources. Output power levels are typically between 0dBm and 50dBm, the higher power sources integrating a SSPA within the module. Additional features can also be added if required, these include:

• Programmable output frequency/amplitude
• Temperature compensation (analogue or digital)
• PWM control
• Output blanking/muting
• USB/PC control ‐ On board diagnostics

Typical applications include RF countermeasures, local oscillators, calibration oscillators and for the higher power modules medical and industrial heating applications.
