Integrated Microwave Assemblies

Linwave Technology specialise in integrated module assemblies. These are custom designs that enhance overall system performance by carefully combining a number of system functions within one module.

 

Using an integrated assembly offers a number of advantages to the system designer compared to using individual function modules, these include:

Typical integrated assemblies include:

More basic integrated modules include amplifiers and sources where specific monitoring and control functionality is required. Examples of added functionality include control and power supply sequencing, attenuator drivers, temperature measurement, output power monitoring and embedded characterization memory for storing non-volatile module parameters.

 

Multi function modules are a derivative of integrated assemblies where the connectivity and control of each integrated function is available externally. This improves overall system flexibility whilst retaining the benefit of size and cost reductions at system level integration.
