Linwave SSPA’s are available from VHF frequencies up to Ka band. Power levels are typically 1 to 100W. All the amplifier designs are custom designed to suit specific end applications. The device technology used depends upon the frequency and power requirements. The SSPA’s use LDMOS, GaAs or GaN device technologies to ensure optimum performance in the end application.   All the amplifiers feature built in power sequencing, temperature compensation and alarms. A number of options are available including forward and reverse power monitoring, gain control and remote on/off control.
