Low Noise Amplifiers
Linwave low noise amplifiers cover all frequency ranges from VHF to 40GHz. All designs are custom designed for customer applications. The LNA design can be multi octave or narrow band. High dynamic range designs also exist where required. Linwave has specific design experience in numerous military applications, our designs utilise thin film chip and wire, SMT on laminate or a combination of both technologies as required by the end application. Laser welding and sealing along with environmental testing can be performed to ensure the highest product integrity.

The Linwave LWA 11278 is a wideband multi octave low noise amplifier designed for VHF/UHF defence applications. The amplifier covers 30MHz to 550MHz enabling it to be used for both LOS and SATCOM applications. The design has been optimised for TACSAT applications where flat gain, low noise figure are high dynamic range are simultaneously provided.
