Linwave engineers have produced several point to point/multipoint radio transceiver designs at 23/24/26/28/38GHz for wireless local loop and cellular backhaul applications. These are full transceiver modules, typically incorporating a MMIC LNA in the receiver front end and a balanced MMIC power amplifier in the transmitter. The millimetre wave designs usually incorporate internal local oscillator multiplication and buffering, and can be provided with an integral 2 port diplexer if required.

Radios can also be designed to incorporate all the control and power supply sequencing electronics including voltage drivers for the attenuators, temperature measurement, output power monitoring and embedded characterization memory for storing non-volatile radio parameters.
